NOSS 2020 Annual Conference Study Tour

Wednesday, March 4; $50 per person

Join the National Organization for Student Success on a tour of historic Jefferson Street in Nashville, Tennessee, on the HBCU History Tour!  The tour will make stops at Tennessee State University and Fisk University before ending at the Tennessee State Museum and the Nashville Farmers’ Market. Guests will enjoy hearing about student successes at TSU and Fisk University before learning more about Nashville’s place in African-American history at the Tennessee State Museum or venturing over to the nearby Nashville Farmers’ Market for international cuisine and shopping. Visitors may further explore Tennessee history by taking a walk around the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park.

12:50:  Pick up at Opryland Hotel at Presidential Portico

1:00-1:30:  Travel from Opryland Hotel to TSU

1:30-2:00:  TSU Tour

2:00-2:15:  Travel from TSU to Fisk

2:15-2:45:  Fisk Tour

2:45-3:00:  Travel from Fisk to Tennessee State Museum/Nashville Farmers’ Market

3:00-3:30:  Tennessee State Museum OR Nashville Farmers’ Market guided tour 

3:30-4:00:  travel from Tennessee State Museum/Nashville Farmers’ Market to Opryland Hotel  

4:00:  Drop off at Opryland Hotel
