payment includes processing fees

Conference Cancellation Policy: Refunds will not be given for conference cancellations after November 7, 2025. Cancellations may be made prior to that date, and refunds will be granted. All refunds will be sent after the conference is over. Requests for refunds must be in writing to Mike Cagley at Michael.Cagley@witcc.edu.
