NOSS exists to support professionals in educational institutions in making a positive difference in the lives of students.
NOSS Chapter Information In addition to the national organization, NOSS has a network of affiliated chapters. The Executive Board of NOSS encourages members of the national organization to be active members of their state or regional chapters. Like the national organization, chapters offer annual conferences local special interest groups, newsletters, and other services for educators who live or work within their service area. Free NOSS Membership given to Chapters
- Each chapter in good standing is given one free NOSS membership to award at their annual conference.
- Those eligible to win are people attending the conference who have never been a member of NOSS or NADE.
- Chapter officers are not eligible including incoming officers who are new to the organization since they are required to be members to be elected.
- Each chapter may determine how the award will be given. Many use it as a door prize.
- Once the winner is determined, a chapter officer should contact the NOSS office with the name, email, and institution of the winner.
