2026 Conference Hotel
Why should you stay at the conference hotel? We cannot stress enough how very important it is that NOSS attendees stay at the Hilton Midtown. Please use the link provided for making hotel reservations. This ensures you get the conference room rate negotiated in our contract. It also puts you in the conference hotel where all the action will be. Additionally, this helps NOSS meet its minimum guest room requirement. Please feel free to ask a board member questions about this if needed. Thank you for your support. Delegate Pass -- discounts on NYC dining, attraction, tours, etc. Meet NYC | The NOSS 2026 Conference will be held at the Hilton Midtown New York City, New York Deadline for the NOSS room rate: Friday, January 30, 2026, or when rooms are sold out. Room rate: $264.00* Taxes and fees: $42.44 Total per night: $306.44 50th Annual NOSS Conference - Start your reservation *This rate is less than the 2025 rate, and is valid from 2/19/26-2/28/26 if you want to come in early or stay after the conference. NOTE: We still have rooms on the main nights of the conference. But if you are adding additional nights, you may not be able to make the full reservation. You should make your reservation using the NOSS link and get that confirmed. Then contact the hotel with the other dates you want to add. We've had several do this and it's the best process.
