Exhibitor/Sponsor Information for NOSS 2026 Conference in New York City

Registration Options

 - Commercial exhibitors will be provided with two, 6' tables and up to three registrations.

- Non-profit organizations will be provided with one table and two registrations.

- All tables will include a table cloth.

- Additional items may be ordered from the hotel.

- Exhibitors attending the conference will have access to  meals and snacks included with the conference.


Exhibitor Terms and Policies


The deadline to secure a presentation on the program was October 1, 2025. If you have not registered by that date, email cwerner2@jscc.edu if you want to see if you can be added to the program.

The deadline to register as an exhibitor is December 18, 2025. If you are interested in exhibiting please contact the NOSS office (acook@thenoss.org) to see if there is space.

Commercial Company:  $2500

  • 3 name badges with full access to conference events including two meals
  • Logo on exhibitor page in conference app with link to website
  • Conference registrant list provided 4 weeks prior to conference
  • One year membership in NOSS for one representative        

Not-for-Profit Organization or Institution:  $1500

  • 2 name badges with full access to conference events including meals
  • Logo on exhibitor page in conference app with link to website
Reciprocal Organization
  • 1 name badge with full access to conference events including two meals
  • Logo on exhibitor page in conference app with link to website


      Optional Add-Ons:  Sponsorship of Conference Events, Focus groups, etc.

      Additional badges/representatives must register as conference participant at appropriate rate.

      Local Artisan: $200

      Sponsorship Opportunities

      Exhibitor Responsibility Clause:  To the fullest extent permitted by law, the person/legal entity described as “Exhibitor” in this clause and in this exhibitor contract (regardless whether such person/legal entity is also described as “Exhibitor” in this contract) hereby assumes full responsibility and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless New York Hilton Midtown (“Hotel”)  and Hotel’s owners, managers, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents (collectively, “Hotel Parties”), as well as The National Organization for Student Success (“Group”), from and against any and all claims or expenses arising out of Exhibitor’s use of the Hotel’s exhibition premises. Exhibitor agrees to obtain and maintain during the use of the exhibition premises, Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, including contractual liability covering the Exhibitor’s indemnity obligations in this clause.  Such insurance shall be in the amount of not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit for personal injury and property damage. The Hotel Parties and Group shall be named as additional insureds on such policy, and Exhibitor shall supply the Hotel with a Certificate of Insurance at least 30 days prior to the use of the exhibition premises. The Exhibitor understands that neither the Group nor the Hotel Parties maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.

        Show Times

        Sunday, February 22, 2026, 6:00 pm-8:00 pm; Monday, 2/23/26, 7:30 am-2:30 pm; Tuesday, 2/24/26, 7:30 am-3:30 pm

        Tear Down and Move Out

        February 24th at 3:30 p.m.

        Information regarding an Exhibitor Kit will be posted in the coming weeks.

        Electricity or AV Orders

        Exhibitors who wish to order electricity or AV for their exhibitor space should reach out to Amneris with Encore at amneris.fuentes-delgado@encoreglobal.com

        Food & Beverage

        Exhibitors who wish to order food and/or beverage for their exhibit space may reach out to the New York Hilton Midtown directly. Contact information coming soon.

        ICW Events

        In-conjunction-with the conference, exhibitors who have registered may wish to secure space to host focus groups, product demonstrations, etc. NOSS Exhibitor Terms and Policies state that these meetings may not be held during the conference schedule and must be held at the conference hotel.  NOSS requires a fee of $300 to have access to our attendees for these functions.         CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

        To cancel, email acook@thenoss.org.

        Cancel before September 16, 2025: $50.00 cancellation fee

        Cancel October 2 - December 19, 2025: $75.00 cancellation fee

        Cancel December 20, 2025 - January 22, 2026: $100.00 cancellation fee

        Cancel after January 22, 2026: $200 cancellation fee
