(There is a $10 cancellation fee for the Summit) CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY To cancel, email acook@thenoss.org. ● Cancel before December 20, 2023: $25.00 cancellation fee ● Cancel December 21, 2023 - January 15, 2024: $50.00 cancellation fee ● Cancel after January 15, 2024: no refund A transfer fee of $25 will be charged to transfer registration to another person at the same institution. NOSS membership requirements remain the same. The deadline for transfers is January 15, 2024. Note: Due to rising food costs, the conference will not include as many meals and snacks as in the last two years. |

PRESENTERS: All presenters must register for the conference and should register by December 20, 2023. If presenters are not registered by this deadline, their session may be canceled.
MEMBERSHIP: Membership payments are handled as a separate item and are not included with conference registration.
