● Cancel before December 18, 2024: $25.00 cancellation fee
● Cancel December 19, 2024 - January 22, 2025: $50.00 cancellation fee
● Cancel after January 22, 2025: no refund
A transfer fee of $25 will be charged to transfer registration to another person at the same institution. NOSS membership requirements remain the same.
The deadline for transfers is January 22, 2025.
PRESENTERS: All presenters must register for the conference and should register by December 18, 2024.
If presenters are not registered by this deadline, their session may be canceled.
MEMBERSHIP: Membership payments are handled as a separate item and are not included with conference registration.
